Gunther General Contracting Services, Inc. – President

As president, Ted coordinates and manages all phases of contract jobs which includes design and plan work, bid invitations, selection of sub-contractors, and execution of projects. He personally schedules and supervises each job to insure they meet our company's standards. Since the start of our company he has successfully completed many projects ranging from custom homes and docks, to commercial centers with tenant improvements, to renovations at Walt Disney World.

Coquina Engineering and Construction, Inc. – Project Supervisor

In this position, Ted was responsible for supervision of contract employees, meeting construction timelines, and maintaining the integrity of workmanship. While working for Coquina he completed many marine and theme park jobs. These jobs included the Boardwalk at Walt Disney World, the Seawall at Old Key West, the Bridges at Callaway Gardens, and the Caladesi Island State Park Marina.

Gunther Construction Co., Inc. – Foreman

While working in the family business, Ted was responsible for the production of their residential custom homes. He had to manage the contract employees and act as liaison between employees and contractor. His specific duties included site work, foundation, masonry, framing, plumbing, electric, roofing, frame work, and finish carpentry
